Safari Steam South

CFM's most travelled Garratts were ten 4-6-4 + 4-6-4 locomotives delivered to Sudan in 1937. They were sold to Rhodesia Railways in 1949 (becoming 17th class), who much preferring their own 15th class, in turn sold them on to CFM in 1964. One of the class was outside Beira shed in August 1968. (BR)
