If pictures of conventional 1067mm gauge locomotives at work on the CFL are rare, then those of Garratts are even rarer. Beyer Peacock 4-8-2 + 4-8-2 503 leaves Luanda in May 1970. Visitors later in the year were also lucky, but they did not work for much longer. (BR)
