Initially the Pare line left Kediri in the Wates direction so that it could serve the sugar mill at Pesantren. C2606 has now rejoined the main road and as usual the level of traffic was such that the main worry was the difficulty in getting back to base rather than a bus or colt getting in the way. (RD)
