Active Stationary Steam in Guadeloupe, 2011 |

Tom Sheriff has sent these pictures of active stationary steam at a sugar mill / rum distillery in Guadeloupe - he named it as 'Kanikua', but Thomas Kautzor has since identified it as Distillerie Longueteau and maybe Tom meant 'Karukera' which is one of the distillery's brand names and is the local name for the island. By 2014 the engine had been taken out of service and replaced by an 'electric turbine'. This is the milling engine with Stephenson link:
