D1107

D1107

D1107 was constructed by Hohenzollern (4087/1921). It was originally Malang Stoomtram Mij 20. This 0-8-0T had two outside cylinders 340 x 450 mm with driving wheel diameter of 900 mm. Boiler pressure was 13.0 kg/cm2, grate area 1.0 m2 with a heating surface of 55.0 m2. Overall weight was 28.5 tons. D1107 is preserved at the Ambarawa Railway Museum. Locomotives of this class were active around Malang into the 1970s and D1107 was recorded at Kediri at the end of steam.
